Operating from our specialized industrial park in Dongguan, we utilize fully self-developed automated production lines (developed by our subsidiary, Qifa Intelligent Equipment). Full-Process Automation: Including automatic die-cutting, stacking, welding, and packaging. Quality Precision: Our integrated approach achieves a single-pass yield rate of over 95%. Scalable Capacity: With a Phase 1 monthly capacity of 300,000 units and growing, we are equipped to handle bulk orders with speed and consistency.

Solution Design & Feasibility Study

Leveraging our proprietary Solid-State & Quasi-Solid-State technologies, we design the optimal battery cell structure. We evaluate the feasibility of "Rigid-Flexible Coupling" polymer integration to maximize safety and energy density while ensuring the design fits your spatial constraints.

Prototyping & Performance Validation
